      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/417538"&gt;@Ahmarr&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; changing plans mid cycle will result in an immediate charge of the new plan and forfeit of the old plan, thus losing money.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You were giving the option to change plan on Renewal instead of Change Now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can plead&amp;nbsp; your case with PM by using the chatbot to create a ticket and hope for an adjustment,&amp;nbsp; which they typically decline.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
