Some card issuers will show the same charge as both pending and posted for the same transaction.&amp;nbsp; Once it has been confirmed that there are two different charges , open a ticket using the chatbot.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
