Network issue in Guelph Ontario

The phone shows signal but calls and messages not being received.

Same happened yesterday in downtown Toronto. Had full signal and 5G. But internet and calls did not work. Even after restart.

Anyone else facing the same issue?

@YA_R_G, The heavy storm yesterday might have had something to do with this since there was flooding reported in several cities including Toronto. The TELUS outage map below shows some problems around Guelph and other parts.

Reset the Network setting on your phone and see if that helps if there are no outages in your area.

I've got no service in the West End of Toronto right now either.
