I switched subscription to $22/6Gb/months and all rewards disappeared!

I switched my subscription to $22/6Gb/months and all rewards from before disappeared! AutoPay-$2, Refer-a-Friend-$1, Loyalty Recognition-$3, all this not anymore? Why?

All prior rewards, which used to be monetary applied on each renewal, have switched to the new Public Points system.

Now, points are applied at each renewal, and we all pay the full plan price.

When you've reached 15 points, you can convert that to $15.

@Blackbearwhite1 the loyalty program has ended, as of May, nothing to do with your changing plan.

You would have lost them regardless.

Now you will only get points on anniversary and friend referrals and 5% back on your payments.

To see friend referrals and how many points you have to date, you have to sign into the My Rewards tab.

All customers have been migrated to pint system in May, there is no more credit for auto payment or loyalty, you should get 5 point as welcome, 1 point per referral, 5% of your monthly payment, 10 points once every year.

The autopay and loyalty ship sailed 3 months ago. You are now on the points system.
