      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, having PM account active and having PM SIM is the most important in order to port number out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe agent can find a solution for you but be ready to get another PM SIM in order to receive SMS to authorize transfer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/438075"&gt;@Cat1996&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need your PM SIM to complete porting out to reply to the text from PM confirming you are porting out to avoid fraudulent SIM swapping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One option is to purchase a new PM SIM and login to your account on the app and change the SIM number under the Account tab&amp;gt;Change your SIM Card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can pickup a SIM from a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store or Amazon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0213.png" style="width: 750px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/131801iDE3D95FD1387E901/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0213.png" alt="IMG_0213.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is nearly impossible to port out with an active account and SIM. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
