What public mobile did was to remove your loyalty discounts.&amp;nbsp; This is so for everyone now as of May 2024.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You now have to pay your plan amount in full each month upfront and they will give you back 5% of your payment in points.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you have 15 points you can redeem for the $15 off your next bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was announced on March 6 and you would have received email and text to advise of rhe upcoming changes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
