      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just upgraded and see my new monthly payment was taken from my bank even though I just paid last week? Don’t I just make up the difference and then cycle normally at the new amount? It seems I’m being charged twice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
