happen to me once in awhile. Usually a phone reboot will solve the problem

or dial 1 in front of the 10 digits. Or the other way, if you already dialed 1, try not include the 1

Is your account paid up to date? Did you login and check?

If a is fine and it's still not allowing you to call, use the orange bubble to create a ticket for customer service to review.

well i tried reboot my phone but it doesnt work.

i am salty on public mobile it a useless mobile services they don't have customer support helpline.
