    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to create a new community account to make this post. My account and the account I manage for my mom are both locked. It says try again after a certain period of time and it still says locked. I try putting in a ticket and I keep getting looped around. Can somebody please help direct me as this is driving me insane!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Too many attempts with the wrong password or email address will be locked for 1 hour. This is to avoid any unauthorized attempts of hacking into your accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try clearing the cache on your browser and go incognito before login. I find that I can login to my account on the PM app with no issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you tried both recommendations and still can’t access your accounts then you will need to contact a CS_Agent by typing Submit a Ticket or Contacting an Agent on the Chat bubble or pm them at:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Staff hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
