Mailing address is incorrect and can't find how to fix it.

When I enter my address, the pick list ignores and uses the one shown, which is wrong.

I need to order a sim and can not continue with an incorrect address.

What do I do ?

@ITIStudios if you're able to find a TELUS/Koodo or Mobile Klinik store near you, you can pick one up for $10 plus tax and it will save you the wait time which can be up to 3 weeks for delivery. You can also order on Amazon for $4.99 plus free shipping if you have Prime.

Are you purchase a plan an SIM card at thhttps://www.publicmobile.ca/en/qc/sim-carde same time or just the SIM card? If you're purchasing only the SIM card, that can be done from https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/qc/sim-card

When paying, Paypal can be used for payment. When Paypal is used, the shipping adedress should default to whatever address that Paypal provides.

@ITIStudios , updating account address can be an exercise in frustration. I have only been able to do it using the app with location permission enabled. Give this a try.. If you need a replacement SIM card for an existing account, consider using Amazon, it's only $5 with legendary Amazon fulfillment.
