      <description>&lt;P&gt;how to fix Call settings error Network or SIM card error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It used to work but stopped working few weeks ago. Tried reset, reboot phone. re-inserted SIM card etc...Nothing works. so cannot forward phone call to a different phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/446733"&gt;@Donmoto&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to rule out a faulty SIM card are you able to try it out in another phone? If you still have problems you'll need to get a new SIM card. You can contact a CS_agent by clicking the small orange circle in the bottom right corner and type: Customer Support Agent&lt;/P&gt;</description>
