      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was trying to pay my balance, I had topped up my funds and when I was trying to pay, it still says my account is on hold and i needed to pay, the available fund was back. But, my cycle was back to zero. I tried changing my subscription in the hopes of it working but all it did was do the same thing, account still on hold, cycle reset, but this time it took the money and I just want to know what is happening&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not try and reboot the phone . Of services work and your getting this message just ignore it .       <description>&lt;P&gt;do you have no PM service now? or you stil have service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There were 2 posts about seeing the warning but no service interruption.&amp;nbsp; So, if you have service, just igore&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
