    <description>&lt;P&gt;so you just left PM without porting the number out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is prepaid provider with Autopay setup during activation, you have to login to your account to disable the Autopay or it will keep charging you.&amp;nbsp; Best is to login My Account and go to Payment page, Mange Subscription to disable it.&amp;nbsp; But can you login?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you cannt login , then you have to ask PM to help.&amp;nbsp; Message them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Service Agent,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you can help me.&amp;nbsp; On May 28, 2024 I switched my cell service provider to Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; However, after &lt;U&gt;8 days of no service&lt;/U&gt;, on June 4th I switched back to my previous service provider.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was billed by Public Mobile $38.42 on May 28th, and then again $39.10 on June 27th.&amp;nbsp; As stated, I have had absolutely NO SERVICE provided to me by Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; I am writing to respectfully&amp;nbsp; request that &lt;U&gt;all billing be stopped immediately&lt;/U&gt;, AND I am also requesting that these two amounts that I have been billed (totaling $77.52) be fully refunded to me.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please email me at my address you have on file, and I will provide you with my new phone number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You,&amp;nbsp; Paul O'Brien&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And have you tried to reboot your phone .
