      <description>&lt;P&gt;We changed providers for our home wifi etc and now my wife can't sign into her Public Mobile account since she has no access to her old email address. She is trying to change her plan, and has been for a couple of months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cecm&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you can still use the same email address to login, and send the 2FA to phone, try it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you cannot login still, ask PM to update the email.&amp;nbsp; Since you cannot login, you won't be able to use Chatbot to open ticket, message PM here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
