Can't download esim and haven't gotten an email with QR code. There's no costumer service available to help. They have already charged me for the service as well. @CS_Agent

Public Mobile does not have any real time support. Also, tagging CS_Agent is unlikely to result in a response. A ticket needs to be opened using the chatbot at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html.

@MarianaCasr , did you use the app which should download and install the e-SIM.
