First add the funds, and then make the purchase.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did the phone work prior to the plan change? Purchasing an add-on should not affect the current plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may need to private message the moderator team on this one, but you can try us here at the community first if you wish.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GC&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Follow the earlier suggestion to contact the moderators. Be sure to request a refund/credit for the&amp;nbsp;add-on unless you want it anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If chose and paid for a Canada-wide calling plan, but the activation system someone erroneously gave you a provincial calling plan, a moderator will need to make a repair to your account to get you on the proper plan.&amp;nbsp; I would also suggest that you ask for the long distance add-on to be refund, since it sounds like you may have&amp;nbsp;only added it to try to get things working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
