    <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid for my new subscription afyer selecting eSim. After I was told to continue I was told my phone is not eSim compatible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't get back to the option to select a free Sim card to be delivered to my home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I ask for help from customer service it keeps looping me to sign into the app over and over again without helping me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It won't even let me unsubscribe!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Norm&lt;/P&gt;</description>
