AT&amp;amp;T or Verizon. &amp;nbsp;Try to see if one of the other carrier provide better voice service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>URGENT: Can't make outgoing calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched to the US-Canada plan at the beginning of this month and had service when I first moved from Canada to the US. Yesterday, I suddenly noticed I cannot make outgoing calls. When I hit dial, it loads for a moment then hangs up without ringing. I have data but I need to be able to make calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried resetting my network settings, it did not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help ASAP!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/368478"&gt;@AmirRoshankar&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, what phone are you using?&amp;nbsp; It sounds like the phone is not VoLTE compliant/enabled.&amp;nbsp; Is this is the case you can only make phone calls when connected to T-Mobile and there's 2G network in the area.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
