    <description>&lt;P&gt;My current phone is a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. I have switched to a 5G plan but still only get LTE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked my area which is Perth Ontario Canada which is supposed to support 5G . I have double checked my setting but hasn't solved my issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For reference I have a work phone which is 5G and is working on 5G platform, but is with another provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Thank you for your time,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Marque&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is a device software restriction that gets imposed whenever a Public Mobile SIM card is being used.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
