      <description>&lt;P&gt;Talk is fine but cannot send/receive texts or access data unless connected to wifi. &amp;nbsp;I have tried all suggested solutions from chat box and tried rebooting phone. Nothing helps so far.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
