Picture messages not downloading/loading

When people send me MMS images they do not load or download

Here's what I've tried:

Taking out SIM / resetting SIM card

Restarting phone

Turning airplane mode on/off

Making sure I'm connected to mobile data network

I need public mobile to fix this ASAP, it's what I'm paying for

If you have android phone, check your APN settings (Android Phones Only):

Open your phone’s settings and tap:

Access Point Names
New APN settings

Verify the following field match:

Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220

I've also tried that Changing APN Settings on Android Phones | Public Mobile it doesn't work

My phone is Pixel 2 XL

It doesn't show the "MMSC proxy" field only "Proxy" and "MMS proxy" but not a MMSC PROXY field... so where do I enter the https://mmscproxy.mobility.ca/ ??? in the Proxy or MMS proxy?

Pixel 2XL may not support MMS, please check the link for the supported phones
