My plan has unlimited Canada wide talk and text and now I am being told it has run out - please can you let me know what I need to do to fix this. My number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Many Thanks xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

a simple fix is to reboot the phone and it should work

or call with a 1 in front of the 10 digit,
