Turn off WiFi. Keep Data on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to setting --&amp;gt; mobile network --&amp;gt; choose sim card in problem ( if dual sim phone) --&amp;gt; select edit sim card name --&amp;gt; Change the card name from present carrier to any other carrier ( like Bell to Rogers or vice versa) then save and back out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Message app --&amp;gt; select account / profile --&amp;gt; select Message setting --&amp;gt; RCS chat --&amp;gt; Turn off (use WIFI or data for Messaging) slider. Then turn on the slider -- boom your correct number appears. Go back and change your correct carrier name, save it and again toggle the RCS on off slider. Correct carrier name will reappear.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
