American text and data not working

Hello

I have an American data and text plan on my account. I am connected to at and t but my text and data do not work. Any ideas?

@Eric37 Two things to try. If you are on 5G, drop to 4G/LTE especially if on AT&T. If that doesn't work or is not applicable, try T-Mobile.

try manual connect to T-Mobile as well

use 4G or LTE and not 5G

you can also try Verizon

Hi @Eric37

First, go into your settings. Find Network Settings. Make sure your data roaming is turned on. Then under Network Settings, turn off automatic. Then choose T-Mobile. Then Reboot the phone. You should be up and running.
