      <title>Cannot get into my account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My plan continues to renew but I cannot get into my account with the email and password I believe it to be.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; It keeps asking me activate a sim but I have one.....can someone help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are using iPhone you will need to uninstall the app, restart the phone, reinstall the app and then log in again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
