I ordered new sim on 6th July but still I have not received my sim as company has mentioned the sim will be delivered within 2 days.

not for you to receive within 2 days, they just ship it out within 2 days. Usually people receive it between 3 days to 3 weeks

Wait a week first, if you still not see it, ask support agent. Please message them

If you need one faster, you can try some Telus stores (I forget which), or Amazon Prime (next day $5). No you shouldn't have to pay $5 or $10 for something they advertise is free, but that's the price of getting it faster, sorry.
