    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you need one faster, you can try some Telus stores (I forget which), or Amazon Prime (next day $5). No you shouldn't have to pay $5 or $10 for something they advertise is free, but that's the price of getting it faster, sorry.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
