      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey folks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im new to PM and currently subscribe to the $34 unlimited Canada and US plan but am unable to call numbers in the US.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I still need to buy the US long distance add-on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In your app, make sure that the CAN-US plan is indeed the one you are subscribed to. I assume you are dialling 1 with the number, what message are you getting? After the message what happens?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: This is from the terms and conditions of USA calling:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Calls made to numbers starting with the following six digit combinations are not included in US calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialed: 712-432, 605-562, 641-552, 605-475, 605-477, 712-775, 559-726.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
