Hey folks

Im new to PM and currently subscribe to the $34 unlimited Canada and US plan but am unable to call numbers in the US.

Do I still need to buy the US long distance add-on?

@Adriansmith You do not need any add ons if you are on that plan. In your app, make sure that the CAN-US plan is indeed the one you are subscribed to. I assume you are dialling 1 with the number, what message are you getting? After the message what happens?

Edit: This is from the terms and conditions of USA calling: Calls made to numbers starting with the following six digit combinations are not included in US calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialed: 712-432, 605-562, 641-552, 605-475, 605-477, 712-775, 559-726.

you don't, it is all included

you can

1. call Canada-> Canada

2. call Canada->US

3. call US-> Canada

4. call US->US

When calling a US number it tells me I’ve used all of my available minutes.

this is a common glitch. Usually a reboot would fix it

and try to call with and without the 1. Sometimes with 1 works, sometimes without 1 will work
