Since i have been with PM, unable to get dial pad in order to make phone calls.

1 Is this normal

2. Can someone tell me how to get it.

@Roots1 That’s strange . Have you tried rebooting the phone . Did you accidentally delete the dialer :phone (keypad) app ? . Also is your phones OS up to date ?

this sounds like a problem with your phone, the app crashed?

are you on Android? best is to Reset your phone and it should clear up the problem. Of course, you will need to backup your stuff
