USAGE HISTORY Download not working

I tried to download my data usage for the past 60 and 90 days, but I encountered errors. I received a message saying "There was an error loading the results. Please try again" and another message in the console mentioned a "413 Payload Too Large" error. Unfortunately, this prevents me from seeing my full usage history.

Hmmm Strange, I just looked at my Payment History just now on the PM app and no issues.

Try the app.

Can you show me an exact screenshot from your web browser like I did to confirm that it went through yours?

I normally go on the app and not the website. It is faster and easier.

what browser you are using? are you using those that have safety features enabled by default? Tried Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Duck

Is this working for anyone? I had the function work once today but as soon as I try to filter out anything except data it doesn't create the file again. Even refreshing the page doesn't trigger it again.
