      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If i understand my account correctly, i should be able to make calls from the Usa to canada. I was unable to complete that repeatedly today. I did have data and messaging in the US, but no calling ability. What can i do to correct this ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Manually set it tmobile or at&amp;amp;t use 4g if that doesn't work try 2g&lt;/P&gt;</description>
