I purchased add-ons for the UK.

How do I call Ireland?

sorry, calling Ireland, you need the International Long Distance add on and not the UK one

Countries included in the international calling add-on are: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.

Ask PM to switch that for you. Open ticket using the oraange chatbot icon on lower right. Type Submit Ticket and select Contact Us and you can open ticket

You will need to purchase a local SIM in the UK.

If you and your other party have WhatsApp or the Fongo app. You can use it to make free calling and texting on wifi (hotel or relative home wifi).

Northern Ireland can be called. As you likely already know, ireland isn't part of the UK.

If I buy the $15.00 add-on for 300 International Minutes and don't use them for 3-4 months do the unused minutes continue to roll over every month until they are all used? Thank you.

Long distance add-on minutes stay on your account until used up. To use thosse minutes, your Public Mobile plan has to stay active.
