      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/446090"&gt;@JaxonProle&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Samsung S20 comes in two options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a SIM and eSIM or a dual hybrid eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Connections&amp;gt;SIM manager&amp;gt;Add eSIM.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your phone doesn’t have this setting then it is not eSIM compatible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact a CS_Agent to see what option they can offer for the SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks. i ordered a physical card for now. I did check to see if I could switch but I don't see SIM Card Manager in the connection settinfs&lt;/P&gt;</description>
