      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM is prepaid, you paid before you use the service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you left, there is no more bill.&amp;nbsp; So, you didn't owe PM anything and PM not owe you anything too (no refund for days you didn't use if you left early)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you like, you can sitll ask PM.&amp;nbsp; Just use the orange Chatbot on lower right to open ticket.&amp;nbsp; Thype Submit ticket and click Contact Us and to go to ticket open window&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/446207"&gt;@Yusuf3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are not with PM anymore, there is no bill to pay as PM is a prepaid provider.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you ported your account out?&amp;nbsp; If so, you are good.&amp;nbsp; If you just want to cancel the account, make sure you login My Account and disable Autopay from Payment, Manage Subscription&lt;/P&gt;</description>
