Hi I appreciate the answers, I was very worried I was barred from my account and then many weeks would pass without service and then equifax would come after me lol. But by some miracle I logged in. I guess it is because I tried to change my password after some failed attempts at the password I forgot while I was at work. Mind you I didn't have service, so I used my office computer, because I needed to fix my payment problem asap to get service. Probably eversafes tracks location as suspicious activity. But I found my old password just now rummaging on my home computer and somehow that worked, I paid and now I have service. Using the Public Mobile App of course.

I think Eversafe should have better communication about what's going on

Thank you.

I am perpetually locked out of my account. I wait one hour and it still says I am locked out. Then my email inbox is filling up with a bunch of everafe notifications everytime I login saying to wait 60 minutes...

I missed a payment and now I don't have service because I can't login to pay! I need to access my account!

Please help, I don't know what to do...

Hi william, they are not 2FAs just emails that say "suspicious activity". Ironically I am receiving them, so they could ask "was this you?" and this would have been sorted a while ago. Again eversafe should have better communication. Thank you!

I can't say I have seen such emails. Out of an abundance of caution, I access my account using either my desktop or phone, no other devices. I have no issues with receiving 2FA codes via SMS or email.
