I started a new plan at the beginning of June. I am now trying to download/activate the rain that was supposed to be included. So far I have only found an option to buy the eSIM?

Apologies. My phone just switched from esim to rain. I am trying to get an eSIM set up on a plan that I switched to at the beginning of June?

@Molly11 what is "eSIM to rain"??

do you have a functioning PM service now?? or you subscribed an account and not fully setip on your phone??

I have had a PM account for a long time. I switched to a new plan At the beginning of June. The new plan said it included an eSIM. I did not activate the eSIM at the time of switching plans.

@Molly11 What do you mean by “rain”? If you are only changing to a different plan with Public Mobile, you do not need to change to an eSIM. There is nothing you need to do. Your plan will just change and you can continue using the SIM card you already have.
