    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I had set up my SIM activation last year, I was having trouble setting up the online account with the new Ever ID roll out.&amp;nbsp; So I have not had an online account for the past year - now I am trying to set it up and it's making me activate a new sim and choose a new subscription with a new phone number.&amp;nbsp; I already have the service and a plan, I just want to be able to login to my account.&amp;nbsp; I'm unable to submit a ticket as it asks me to login and I don't want Public Mobile to charge me twice bc I did pick a new plan.&amp;nbsp; Please I need some help.&amp;nbsp; thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes the account is still active, but i'm worried i accidentally activated another line bc the online account made me go through the activation process i never completed last year.&amp;nbsp; I see 2 pending charges on my credit card currently.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
