      <description>&lt;P&gt;you replied the Porting Authorization text from Rogers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you make calls on your PM sim? can you receive calls?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is it just a phone number problem with text?. or you can't even get any calls from others?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/443681"&gt;@keith10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; normally the number transfer approval is sent via SMS to you.&amp;nbsp; You can proceed with submitting the number transfer information in your online account while keeping the Rogers SIM card in the phone just in case a confirmation SMS is sent.&amp;nbsp; Simply respond to the contribution SMS if received.&amp;nbsp; Wait until connection is lost with the Rogers service which indicates that the number transfer is complete.&amp;nbsp; Swap over to the Public Mobile SIM and the service should be running with the transferred number.&amp;nbsp; Don't forget to update the eversafe credentials so that 2FA SMS will be sent to the correct number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
