"Forbidden A1" What does this mean? I try to log in and this pops up. Are they down "for maintenance" again? Why not just say "down for maintenance"

Now it won't let me post in te "community help page" because posts are flooding on this topic.

Also, got the message this morning. Refreshed the page and was able to access My account.

Might want to sometimes try to clear cache, different web browser or incognito mode.
