      <title>Ported number issues (can't receive calls or sms)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I ported my number yesterday from Virgin plus to PM through the app. Currently, I have service to my PM esim, and when I call someone, the correct number shows up in their caller ID. However, I currently cannot receive SMS messages or phone calls to my ported number (goes straight to VM). Its more than 24 hours after porting.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
