Hello, I just signed up with public mobile after a friend sent me a referral link but once I activated my account the discount is not showing. How do I go about getting the discount?

the referral should work if you use the link, but you need to wait 72 hours. You will see a $10 credit on your My Account within 72 hours

if you waited 3 days and don't see the credit showing up, then submit a ticket with PM support

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

You'll have a $10 credit applied to your account within 72 hours o0f your successful activation of a new acct.
