I want to purchase the 300 international bundle add on, to make a call to the UAE. However I cannot see UAE in the list of countries, does this mean that I cannot make the call?

Yup.. UAE is not on the list and PM does not have any minute addon that can call UAE

you need to use app to call (like Whatsapp or FB call), or use calling card like the old days

you are correct, PM does not offer the long distance calling to all countries, in fact just small number of countries. you cannot call UAE with your PM phone

@Arini , UAE is not included in the list of countries for the international long distance add-on and so you won't be able to use it to call the UAE. Sorry.
