      <description>&lt;P&gt;All services work as expected? Calls/SMS in/out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you check status of your data through My Account? Maybe you are out of data? Did you change anything in settings (accidentally)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;can you confirm what fixed you tried?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you check My Account and does it show you still have data?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try reboot phone and then Reset All networks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
