@StuGattz to join only cc will be accepted unfortunately.

Some say once it's up and running you can remove the cc and pay with vouchers after.

I don't know about that part as I have a card on file and have never tried to remove it. Way convenient. I don't ever have to worry about a missed payment.

You can purchase a visa gift card if you don't want to use or don't have a regular card.
