I purchased a US text / call add-on this morning and I'm contacting in regards to the add-on not been applied to my account and / or I cannot call US numbers (for job placement / connections).

@Renfrew10000 It sounds like you got the wrong add on, you need a US long distance minutes add on for calling the US from Canada. The US roaming talk and text 15 days is for service when you are in the USA yourself.
