      <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot remove your credit card yourself, you'll need to contact support if that's what you wish to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;To contact support you can submit a ticket through the chatbot by pressing the chat bubble in the bottom corner and typing in "submit a ticket" and selecting "Contact Us".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If that doesn't work you can message support directly from here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can ask support to disable and cancel your subscription and remove your card information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;why leave? don't lke it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are porting your number over, you just need to ask the new carrier to port the number and the account will be closed after port is done&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or if you don't port, just login My Account and go to Payment page to disable autopay&lt;/P&gt;</description>
