I have moved from Ontario to Alberta. I am trying to update my profile but it won't accept my new address.

Invalid Address. My husband had to get help earlier to change his. They wouldn't let him update mine at the same time.

You have a different account than your husband, just creat a ticket under your name and ask support for help to change your address

@SL-W , the address can be updated using the app. Make sure location permission is enabled. It could take many tries, but it will eventually work.
