<title>topic Porting Problem? in Get Support</title>
    <link>https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Porting-Problem/m-p/1224354#M845560</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I referred a friend and his account is active but his number isn't working. When you call his number it says, "6UT1, the number you have reached is not in service".&amp;nbsp; And the top right corner of his phone says, "SOS" instead of having the PM service bars.&amp;nbsp; So is this a porting problem? If so how can we fix it? Pleaseeeee help! Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
