@Carole13 port out to another provide will cancel your account once the port is completed

stop auto payment and the account will be close after 90 days without payment

if you need your number, just port out and account will be closed

if you don't need the number, login PM account, go to Payment and got to Manage Subscription, and turn off Subscribed, which is Autopay. PM will not renew your account and your account will be closed
