First, I waited 24 hours. I then went to the settings on the phone, then applications, then found the Public Mobile app. I then cleared the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;cache&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;and data. Restarted the phone, signed back in with email and password and proceeded to update the&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;credit&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;card&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;with zero problems. If you need your phone up and running right away, you can visit places like Shoppers Drug Mart to get a voucher and add it through dialing 611. Just make sure you get the right voucher. Sometimes cashiers make mistakes and get Koodo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try to add the credit card into the Self-Serve first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then wait 5 mins and call 611 and see if you can load the fund that way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If funds are loaded, log-in back onto Self-serve and reactivate the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try calling 611 if you have credit card on file and make a payment that way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
