New point system redemption

Good morning,

I had a question concerning the new point system to redeeming 15$ credit.

If I am on a plan that costs 24$ a month and redeem 2 15$ packages will the extra 6$ roll over to the next month? Or is it lost?

I will not go on a rant about this new system. I will just say that it is a hassle to login into the slow site to just redeem every month.

Nothing is lost, you will have $6 for the following month.

Yes your account will show $30 as Available Funds in your account for this month’s payment and once payment is made for this month. It will show $6 Available Funds on your next month’s payment.

yes, the extra will be there

basically you see a $30 credit (Available Funds) shortly after redeemption. Then when renewal time comes, PM used $24 and then the $6 will be there for the renewal after
